1. Definitions and Interpretation

You confirm that you are accessing our services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law. 4. Personal Use Only: Your account is for personal recreational use only. Commercial use, professional gambling operations, or operating on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
5. Single Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one account with nara4d. Opening multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
6. Financial Capacity: You confirm that you have sufficient financial means to cover your gambling activity and that you are not gambling with borrowed funds or money designated for essential living expenses.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account with nara4d, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and mobile phone number. All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

nara4d is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations and licensing requirements. You agree to provide the following verification documents upon request:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian National ID / KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document next to your face
• Additional documentation may be requested for enhanced due diligence purposes

Your account may be restricted until verification is completed. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. Standard verification is completed within 1-24 hours during business days.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. nara4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nara4d accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section and may vary by payment method.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB). Deposits made outside business hours or via certain banks may experience processing delays up to 15 minutes. nara4d does not charge deposit fees, though your financial institution may impose transfer fees.

5.3 Source of Funds

All funds deposited to your nara4d account must originate from a payment source registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be rejected and returned to the source. You warrant that all deposited funds are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on the source of funds for deposits exceeding certain thresholds.

6. Withdrawals and Processing

6.1 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your account dashboard once KYC verification is completed. You may only withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name matching your verified account details. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.

6.2 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times are 1-6 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 09:00-21:00 WIB) for accounts with completed verification. Withdrawals requested during weekends, public holidays, or outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours. Large withdrawal amounts may be subject to enhanced review procedures.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in your account dashboard and vary by payment method. nara4d does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, receiving financial institutions may impose their own fees. You are limited to a reasonable number of withdrawal requests per week; excessive withdrawal activity may incur administrative fees.

6.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Funds derived from bonus promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Detailed wagering requirements are specified in each bonus's terms and conditions.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

nara4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special event promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions that must be accepted before claiming. Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted based on geographic location, payment method, or account status.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the multiple of bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) that must be wagered on eligible games. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

nara4d reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts in cases of bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other players to exploit bonuses, using betting strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity deemed abusive in management's sole discretion.

7.4 Maximum Bet Limits

While wagering bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum bet while an active bonus is in play is Rp 25.000 per spin or bet. Exceeding this limit constitutes a material breach and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

8. Gameplay and Fair Gaming

8.1 Random Number Generation

All games offered on nara4d utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by RNGs and are completely random and unpredictable. Historical results do not influence future outcomes.

8.2 Return to Player (RTP)

RTP percentages are theoretical calculations based on long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds. Individual session results will vary significantly from published RTP due to variance. Published RTP figures are certified by game providers and cannot be altered by nara4d.

8.3 Technical Issues

In the event of game malfunction, software errors, or technical issues, all affected bets and gameplay rounds will be void and stakes refunded. nara4d is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or interruptions in service. Players are advised to maintain stable internet connections and ensure their devices meet minimum technical requirements.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms and Conditions:

• Operating multiple accounts or allowing others to access your account
• Colluding with other players or engaging in fraudulent activity
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for personal gain
• Laundering money or using the platform for illegal financial transactions
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or other illicit sources
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or coordinated betting schemes
• Making chargebacks or reversing payments after funds have been used for gambling
• Harassing other players or staff members
• Using VPN or proxy services to disguise your geographic location
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable bonuses will be returned to you within standard withdrawal processing times. Accounts closed for responsible gaming purposes are subject to permanent closure and cannot be reopened.

10.2 nara4d-Initiated Suspension or Termination

nara4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account with or without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to provide requested verification documents
• You engage in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 9
• We are required to do so by legal or regulatory authorities
• We cease offering services in your jurisdiction

Upon termination for cause, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining account balance and void outstanding bets. Termination does not affect any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• nara4d services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our services
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits made to your account in the three months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• We are not liable for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Dispute Resolution
